I am an Organisational Psychologist and certified coach with a passion for helping people and organisations to reach their potential.
I have:
over ten years’ experience in the New Zealand public and private sectors as an organisational development practitioner;
a post-graduate diploma in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and a Masters in career development;
designed and implemented impactful OD initiatives for large and small organisations;
assessed, coached and advised leaders from the front line through to Chief Executive level.
